Lockstep, SPARS, and Cyber Polygon were all designed, decades before they would be used, to ease the global population back into enslavement to a feudal corporate state.. International banking families have been organizing for centuries to takeover and run the world. Their problem has been, how do a small group of people control a large group of people. Over hundreds of years, and many regime changes, they have gotten very good a knowing how to manipulate the masses. Today, they not only control the money supply of most of the governments of the world, but they also control the actual governments, and manipulate their puppet politicians.
In addition they have, over the years, also come to control 99% of the media, internet, corporate, law enforcement, and judiciary systems. Where they can now "Lockdown" complete countries, and disrupt their supply lines, causing complete chaos.
Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn wrote "The Gulag Archipelago" about his real life experiences. He was a Russian novelist, philosopher, historian, short story writer, and political prisoner. One of the most famous Soviet dissidents, Soltzhenitsyn was an outspoken critic of communism and helped to raise global awareness of human rights abuses, the Gulag concentration camp system, and political repression in the Soviet Union. He once wrote:

Albert Pike was a military general, and one of the original Illuminati leaders, in the 1800's who foretold in a letter that there would be 3 world wars coming. The first, over Germany and control by them over Europe. The second world war between Germany and the Western World. The third world war he predicted would be between East and West with Israel sweeping in after the East and West destroy themselves. He warns however, that the Illuminati will then use superior technology to defeat Israel and takeover control of the entire world.
He speaks of the need to raise an army of "nihilists", or chaos creators to unleash on societies, which will force them to beg for help. Then when the illuminati step in with their global government, the totalitarianism will be welcomed because it will end the violence and poverty.
OPERATION LOCKSTEP:
"Lockstep" is the name given to the agenda that was chosen in 2010 to bring in the totalitarian technological world government in a document created by the Rockefeller Foundation. By releasing a respiratory virus in Wuhan China, they would takeover the world through vaccinations, passports, and a central AI control grid.

THE GREAT RESET = DIGITAL FEUDALISM
"Welcome to the year 2030... I don't own anything. I don't own a car. I don't own a house. I don't own any appliances or clothes".
A system where you, as an individual, do not own anything, is a system where everything you have can be taken away from you whenever those in control want to take it from you. It essentially describes a neo-feudal, or neo-slavery system.
In feudal systems during medieval Europe ( 5th to 15th century approximately ), the serf, who were the lowest class of people in the hierarchical system, were slaves in many ways. Serfs were bound to the land and the lords who owned the land. They had little-to-no rights. A serf could not marry, move, or change occupation, without the permission of the lord ( Land-Lord ). Keep this in mind when you hear how supposedly great a reset will be.
Today we see large corporations, which ae owned by international banking families, many of whom have been controlling global events for centuries. Through their companies, they are buying up land and housing that is lost by innocent people after the COVID lockdowns, that were staged by these families ( aka... Lockstep, SPARS, and Cyber Polygon ).
